Engineering
Choose the architecture before the vendor list.
Explore integration categories and design considerations across laboratory systems, enterprise applications, cloud, data, and AI.
The challenge
Interfaces outlast the products behind them.
A platform name is not proof of compatibility. Integration depends on available interfaces, licensing, versions, deployment constraints, and operational support.
Implementation considerations
Make the boundaries explicit.
Scientific systems
LIMS, ELN, SDMS, analytical systems, instrument interfaces, and imaging platforms have different data and ownership models. Assess available APIs and export paths. SiLA and Allotrope can be evaluated where relevant; suitability requires a technical review.
Enterprise, data & cloud
Review transactional applications, identity providers, event infrastructure, storage, analytics, and compute as a connected environment. Candidate platforms may include AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Databricks. These are evaluation references, not partnership or implementation claims.
AI & operational tooling
Select model interfaces, retrieval components, workflow tools, and observability around the approved use case. Specify evidence retention and permission boundaries. Validate each proposed integration before adding it to a delivery commitment.
Technical perspective
The architecture behind the work.
Integration contracts are what keep identity and policy meaningful past the first interface.
Scope the first step
Before the first commitment.
Does this require a specific vendor stack?
No. The ecosystem describes the interfaces, identity boundaries, and integration contracts that need to exist. Which products sit behind them is a decision about your constraints, not a precondition.

Our Approach
A proposed delivery lifecycle: how discovery, architecture, build, validation, and ongoing support follow from one another in an engagement.
CompanyEngagement Models
Discuss a focused assessment, a bounded implementation, or a continuing engineering engagement. Scope and commercial terms are agreed privately.
Start with one challenge
Let’s connect what comes next.
Bring the workflow, the systems, and the question. Define a useful next step together.
